Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition
Returned items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition.
In original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or embroidered gear.
Clearance or final sale items.
Undergarments or PPE (e.g., masks, gloves) for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Prepare Your Package
Repackage the item securely.
Include your order number inside the package.
Ship It To
Address will be provided during returns/exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
